Wow, a lot has happened since the last update in the summer. Somehow I neglected to share that the Kickstarter campaign was a tremendous success—significantly surpassing the fundraising goal. Now that the book has been printed and the Kickstarter reward packages have been sent out, the book is set for official release on December 1st, 2015. It is available for pre-order here, and will additionally be available through Amazon starting December 1st.
